What is included in the tour price?
Each tour is different, but generally, our prices include private transportation, a professional guide, entrance fees to parks or attractions, and bottled water. Specific details about what is included or excluded (like lunch) are listed on each tour's individual page.
Are your tours private?
Yes, all our tours are private for your group only. This allows for a more personalized and flexible experience. You won't be mixed with other groups.
What is your cancellation policy for tours?
We offer a full refund for tour cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour time are non-refundable. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy page.
Questions about Transfers
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number! We will be aware of any delays and will adjust your pickup time accordingly, at no extra cost. Your driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall, just after you exit the baggage claim area. They will be holding a sign with your name on it for easy identification.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
All our transfer prices are per vehicle, not per person. The price you are quoted is for the entire vehicle, exclusively for your group.
Can you provide a child seat?
Yes, we can provide child seats upon request. Please be sure to mention the age of the child when you make your reservation so we can have the appropriate seat ready for you.
